Printable Birth Affirmations: Rainbow

$12.00

20 beautiful birth affirmation cards you can print to decorate your labor space

Affirmations can be a lovely part of your preparation for birth, and a powerful coping tool during labor.

These colorful DIY affirmations were designed by doulas with love!

How to use: Print your affirmation cards and decide if you want to display them around your labor space on the walls using tape, or keep them loose to flip through as needed throughout your birth experience.

What to do with these after birth? If you end up using one or two in particular during your birth, you can put those cards in your baby’s memory book. You could also pass your cards along to a loved one to use for their own birth experience, infused with your loving intention.

Dimensions: Each card is 4 inches by 6 inches

"The plain fact is that the planet does not need more successful people. But it does desperately need more peacemakers, healers, restorers, storytellers, and lovers of every kind. It needs people who live well in their places. It needs people of moral courage willing to join the fight to make the world more habitable and humane."
